In today's motherhood culture, the messaging oscillates so frequently between "it takes a village" to "Judgey side-eye", I can't keep up.
You will come to learn that you matter. You will come to learn that you are nothing but significant.
People will tell you or talk about "what a good dad you are," by your simply being around. This is insulting to everyone. Acknowledge this disparity and push to make being a good dad mean so much more.
